In these terms and conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following expressions have the following meanings:
“Operator” is Triogames OÜ, a company incorporated in Estonia, registration code 11079281, having its registered office at Tornimäe 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia, and forming part of Betsson Group.
“Games” are Casino, Live Casino, Poker, Sportsbook, Jackpot Games and other games as may from time to time become available on the Website.
“Member Account” is an account opened by You on the Website after accepting and agreeing to the T&Cs.
“T&Cs” are these terms and conditions, any rules specific for individual Games and any other terms and conditions provided by the Operator on the Website or otherwise communicated to You in relation to the Games and/or the Website as amended by the Operator from time to time.
“Website” is the website available at the URL http://www.triobet.ee and/or other related URLs operated by the Operator.
“You” or “User” or “Customer” is yourself or any other person who, after reading these T&Cs opens a Member Account or makes use of the Website in any way.
1.1 These T&Cs apply to Your usage of the Games and the Website via internet, mobile or through any other platform.
1.2 The Website and the Games are offered by the Operator.
1.3 These T&Cs constitute a binding agreement between You and the Operator.
1.4 The Operator is licensed and regulated in Estonia by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board. This website is operated under the following licences granted by the Tax and Customs Board: activity license no. HKT000012 for games of chance and activity license no. HKT000011 for betting (toto), both issued on 10 May 2010; online gambling operating permit no. HKL000188 issued on 18 May 2015 and toto (betting) operating permit no. HKL000060 issued on 17 May 2010.
1.5 These T&Cs come into force as soon as You click on the “CREATE ACCOUNT” button to register your Member Account, by doing so You signify to the Operator that You have read these T&Cs and have accepted them. By accessing any part of the Website You signify that You agree with these T&Cs.
1.5 You must read these T&Cs carefully in their entirety before clicking on the “CREATE ACCOUNT” button. If You do not agree with any of the provisions of these T&Cs You must not use or continue to use the Website.
1.6 You should fully understand and agree to be bound by the T&Cs contained herein and as may be amended by us from time to time.
1.7 The Operator reserves the right to modify these T&Cs and, thus, to amend this agreement between You and the Operator at any time with or without notice, including but not limited to purposes of prevention of fraud, clarification of the T&Cs or making the same compliant with statutory requirements or as regards changes in Games and bonuses or in the event where the Sportsbook match/event rules have been changed by the organiser. Whenever such amendment shall limit your current rights or otherwise may be to your detriment, we will notify you prior to such changes coming into effect. If you do not agree to the updated T&Cs you must stop using the Website.
1.8 Such amendments will become immediately effective upon being posted on the Website. It is Your sole responsibility to review this Agreement, together with the specific rules for each Game You choose to participate in, in order to remain updated with all amendments each time You play. You can easily identify whether these T&Cs have changed by referring to the version number and the date of the current T&Cs stated on this page.
1.10 Any reference to the Games in this agreement shall refer to Casino, Live Casino, Poker, Sportsbook, and other Games as may from time to time become available on the Website. The Operator reserves the right to add and remove Games from the Website at its own discretion.
1.11 These T&Cs are published in a number of languages for information purposes and ease of access by players. It is only the Estonian version that is the legal basis of the relationship between You and the Operator and in case of any discrepancy between the Estonian and the non-Estonian version of these T&Cs, the Estonian version shall prevail.
1.12 If you open or attempt to open more than one account, for whatever reason, the Operator may block or close any or all of your accounts at its discretion. Should the Operator decide to leave one account open, it will be the first account that you opened with the Operator, to which your remaining deposits, if any, will be transferred. The Operator will deduct an administrative fee of 10% (minimum EUR 30) for every other account you opened as well as any other deductions that may apply in accordance with Our T&Cs.
2.1. Registration and opening of Your member account
2.1.1 In order to participate in any of the Games for real money, You must first personally register with the Operator, open a Member Account and place money into Your Member Account in the way stipulated on the Website.
2.1.2 The Operator has the right to appoint payment solution providers to act, receive and/or pay funds on behalf of the Operator.
2.1.3 You are allowed to have only one Member Account on this Website. If You attempt to open more than one Member Account, all accounts You try to open may be blocked or closed. Only one Member Account for each household is allowed. If two or more users share the same household, the Operator must be informed by the users residing in the aforementioned household.
2.1.4 If You notice that You have more than one Member Account under different names, You must notify the Operator immediately.
2.1.5 A request to open a Member Account is made by personally filling out the registration form and submitting it to the Operator online. The Operator reserves the right to refuse to open a Member Account and the right to limit or refuse to take a bet or wager. In the event a Member Account is closed or refused, the Operator shall honour the contractual obligations already taken.
2.1.6 You must enter all mandatory information requested into Your registration form, in particular, Your first name and last name, personal identification code, Your home address and contact details, including a valid e-mail address, and relevant payment information, all of which must be true and correct. It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that the information You provide is true, complete and correct and You hereby declare and warrant to the Operator that the information provided is true, complete and correct. You are hereby notified that the Operator carries out verification procedures, whether itself or through third parties on players depositing money. You will be requested to provide the Operator with documents, such as a copy of the passport or ID card as well as proof of home address etc. Your Member Account may be blocked or closed if You do not provide requested information or documents or if such information or documents you supply is/are found to be false or misleading.
2.1.7 As part of the registration process You will have to provide Your email address and password for Your login into the Website. It is Your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that Your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose Your login details to anyone. The Operator is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of Your Member Account by third parties due to Your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of Your login details to any third party.
2.1.8 You are not allowed to transfer funds from Your Member Account to other players or to receive money from other players into Your Member Account, or to transfer, sell or acquire Member Accounts.
2.1.9 The Operator reserves the right to declare a bet void partially or in full if the Operator, at its own discretion, would deem it obvious that any of the following circumstances have occurred:
1) the account holder, or people associated with the account holder may directly or indirectly influence the outcome of an event;
2) the account holder and or people associated with the account holder are directly or indirectly avoiding the rules of the Operator;
3) the result of an event has been directly or indirectly affected by criminal activity;
4) the odds of an event have significantly been changed due to a public announcement in relation to the event;
5) bets have been placed that would not have been accepted otherwise, but that were accepted during periods when the Website has been affected by technical problems;
6) due to an error, such as a mistake, misprint, technical error, force majeure or otherwise (“Error”), bets have been offered, placed and or accepted due to this Error.
2.2 Deposits into Your Member Account
2.2.1 You may participate in any Game only if You have sufficient funds on Your Member Account for such participation.
2.2.2 All information required to deposit funds into Your Member Account, can be found under the Deposit Options section of the Website. You can use any of the methods available to You as specified in these pages as may be amended from time to time. Please note that some of the methods may not be available in some countries.
2.2.3 Depending on the method selected, deposits can incur charges. For current fees regarding depositing funds, refer to Payment Options page of the Website. Your bank may independently charge You for bank wire transfers and other methods of payment.
2.2.4 We accept payments made in EUR. Any payments received by the Operator in a currency other than the one chosen by You as the currency for Your account will be converted into the currency for Your Member Account at the prevailing exchange rate determined by the Operator. Please note that any exchange premiums are payable by You.
2.2.5 When using a credit or debit card for depositing funds, Your funds only clear when the Operator has received an approval and authorization code. Should the Operator not receive such authorization Your account will not be credited with those funds.
2.2.6 The Operator reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify Your identity when effecting deposits into Your Member Account. The Operator will carry out additional verification procedures and the identification of the Customer will be checked for any deposit or number of deposits which cumulatively amount to or exceed the equivalent of EUR 2,000 and reserves the right to carry such verification procedures in case of lower deposits. All transactions will be checked to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.
2.2.7 The Operator does not grant any credit for the use of its services.
2.2.8 Credit balances in Your Member Account will not bear interest and you shall not treat the Operator as a financial institution.
2.2.9 You agree that the funds deposited in Your Member Account must only be used for playing the Games. The Operator reserves the right to charge a fee should you request a withdrawal without a Member Account turnover that is equal or more than the amount of funds deposited.
2.3.1 When the outcome of a Game You participate in becomes determined or, where applicable, the Operator has confirmed the relevant result of an event and settled the markets, all winnings will be available on Your Member Account.
2.3.2 If the Operator mistakenly credits Your Member Account with winnings that do not belong to You, whether due to a technical or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain property of the Operator and the amount will be transferred from Your Member Account. If prior to the Operator becoming aware of the error You have withdrawn funds that do not belong to You, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by You to the Operator. In the event of an incorrect crediting, You are obliged to notify the Operator immediately by email.
2.4 Withdrawals from Your Member Account
2.4.1 You may withdraw any amount up to the “Available to Bet” balance in Your Member Account by issuing the Operator with a valid notice of withdrawal on the Website.
2.4.2 For Your protection in any twenty-four hour period You may only withdraw the maximum amount of Euro 50,000 unless a larger amount has been agreed by prior arrangement.
2.4.3 The Operator offers a wide range of withdrawal methods. Withdrawals can incur charges depending on the method selected. Any winnings above the above-stated level can be withdrawn through the method chosen by you for deposit. For the current fees for withdrawals, refer to Withdrawal Options page of the Website. In addition, Your own bank may add a further handling charge. These charges may vary over time.
2.4.4 Withdrawals from your Member Account are made using the same payment method as was used for the deposit..
2.4.5 The Operator may request identification documents for all withdrawals and perform enhanced due diligence in respect to withdrawal of funds not used for wagering.
2.4.6 The Operator will carry out additional verification procedures and the identification of the Customer will be checked for any withdrawal or number of withdrawals which cumulatively amount to or exceed the equivalent of EUR 2,000 and reserves the right to carry such verification procedures in case of lower withdrawals. All transactions will be checked to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.
2.5 Closing Your Member Account
2.5.1 You may close Your account at any time and the Operator will return to You any and all funds from Your Member Account subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges. To close Your Member Account, You must first cancel any offers for stakes that You have made that remain outstanding. You must then contact customer care and clearly request the closing of your Member Account.
2.5.2 The method of repayment will be at our absolute discretion.
2.5.3 The Operator reserves the right to close Your Member Account and to refund to You the "Available to Bet" balance, subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at the Operator’s absolute discretion.
2.5.4 If You do not log onto Your Member Account via the internet, using Your "Email address / Username" and "Password" for a period of one (1) year, your Member Account may become an Inactive Account. Further details on this can be found in clause 2.5.6 –Inactive Accounts.
2.5.5 The Operator reserves the right to withhold and remove any bonuses awarded to you if such bonuses have not been used within 6 month from the date when they were awarded.
2.5.6 Inactive Accounts
An inactive account is an account that has not been accessed for 12 months, that has a real money balance.
The Operator will contact you should your account become inactive. If, after 12 months since last login, we are unable to contact you, the Operator will charge a Eur 5.00 per month administrative fee on your account and shall use reasonable efforts to contact you. Once your Account balance reaches zero, the administrative fee will no longer be charged.
If, after the Operator have begun charging your account with the Administrative Fee, and you start playing on your account, the Operator will refund to your account the administrative fees charged provided less than six months have passed from the moment the administrative fee for a given month was deducted from your Member Account.
To recover funds from inactive, closed, blocked or excluded accounts, You need to contact customer care with the relevant request.
Bonuses/Freespins can only be received ONCE per person/account, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, IP addresses and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.). The Operator reserves the right to close Your account and confiscate any existing funds if evidence of abuse/fraud is found.
3.1 Declarations and Warranties
You hereby declare and warrant that:
3.1.1 You are at least 18 years of age for purpose of playing Sportsbetting or at least 21 years of age for purpose of playing Casino, Live Casino, Jackpot Games and Poker and, under the laws applicable to You, You are allowed to participate in the Games offered on the Website.
3.1.2 You will use the Website and your Member Account solely and exclusively for the purpose of Your genuine participating in the Games and not for any financial or other operations. 3.1.3 You participate in the Games on Your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person;

3.1.7 Funds that You deposit into Your Member Account are not tainted with any illegality and, in particular, do not originate from any illegal activity or source;
3.1.8 You understand that by participating in the Games You take the risk of losing money deposited into Your Member Account;
3.1.9 You shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or third parties’ participation in any of the Games and shall not use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for Your participation in any of the Games. The Operator hereby reserves the right to invalidate or close Your Member Account or invalidate Your participation in a Game in the event of such behaviour;
3.1.10 In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from Your Member Account, You shall only use credit card and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to You.
3.1.11 The computer software that we make available to You is owned by the Operator or other third Parties and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may only use the software for Your own personal, recreational uses in accordance with all rules, T&Cs hereby established and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
3.1.12 Games played the Website should be played in the same manner as games played in any other setting. You shall be courteous to other players and representatives of the Operator and shall avoid rude or obscene comments, including in chat rooms.
4.1 You may at Your discretion choose to exclude Yourself from playing any Games on the Website. In order to block Your access to the Games You must login and go here.
4.2 Should You opt for self-exclusion in the manners contemplated above then You will not be able to open the account during the exclusion period. The exclusion agreement can be found here.
4.3 Any self-exclusion request would be valid for triobet.ee only and does not include other sites operated by other third party operators.
4.4 You may also self-exclude yourself from playing with any operator (land-based or online) licensed in the Republic of Estonia by submitting an application to be registered in the List of Persons Subject to Restrictions on Playing Games of Chance (in Estonian: Õnnemängu mängimise piirangutega isikute nimekiri or OMPI nimekiri). 4.5 When setting up Your Member account or any time after registration, You may also choose to impose a ceiling on the maximum deposits. The limit will block deposits if the net deposit limit (deposits minus withdrawals) has been exceeded for the selected time period.
4.6 When setting up Your Member account or any time after registration, You may also choose to impose a ceiling on the amount You can wager within a given period of time. The limit will block any bets that will result in the limit being exceeded. For Poker, the bet amount will be calculated as the amount transferred to the table. For all other Games, the bet amount will be calculated as the amount wagered on the bet. The limit will take into consideration Bonus Money as well as Real Money.
4.7 You may also choose to set a time limit per session by contacting Customer Support. The limit will result in You being notified that the limit has been reached and You will be prompted to either continue or logout.
4.8 Any notice from you, whether given in writing or electronically, regarding application of self-exclusion with the Operator or introducing a wagering limit on you or rendering the same more stringent shall be enforced immediately by the Operator. Any notice from you increasing or revoking a wagering limit shall have effect only after seven (7) days from when the Operator receives the above mentioned notice.
5.1 Operator reserves the right to change the T&Cs and rules for the Triobet Casino Loyalty Club at any time, e.g. change the parameters for calculations of Points. If the Operator suspects that You are engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities when using the Triobet Casino Loyalty Club or are in breach with these T&Cs, Operator may freeze or terminate Your Member Account and/or a related account (e.g. a referred friend) at the Operator's absolute discretion.
5.2 You are automatically a member of the Triobet Casino Loyalty Club. You will earn points when playing the Operator’s games for real money in the Casino.
5.3 Gaming at the Operator’s Website for real money is the premium way to earn points.
5.4 Earned points are the points You earned during the same month. On the first day next month, these points will become available to You and added to Your point credits.
5.5 You can start using earned points when they become available, that is on the first of each month. As an example, all points that a customer earn during March will thus become available for use on April 1st. When a customer refers a friend the customer and the friend will receive the points when all requirements are fulfilled.
5.6 Earned points can be exchanged for real money by using the base account. One hundred (100) points are the minimum number of points that can be exchanged at one time.

5.11 The level of membership is determined on the first date of each month and is valid until the last date of the same month. If a customer, on April 1st, reaches a Silver membership level, based on the customer’s gaming in March, the customer will stay on that level until the last day of April.
5.12 The points are personal and cannot be given to someone else.
5.13 The points will be updated every 24 hours.

5.15 For practical reasons all points are rounded to the nearest decimal when presented. The underlying calculation is always based on two decimals meaning that payments and levels are based on two decimals calculations.

6.3.2 Prohibited Use of Poker Account

It is prohibited to use bot software or artificial intelligence by the player, whether commercially obtained or privately developed. ’Bots’ are software programs or other devices which interact with the game software to play poker, while requiring little or no human inventions. Bots may use rules or artificial intelligence to make playing decisions. The Operator will actively look for such software on the player’s machine subject to the player’s consent. Consent will also establish that the player will not interfere with any of the detection mechanisms. This clause applies regardless of whether the bot is actually used in conjunction with the games client or otherwise.
126.96.36.199 No Prohibited Software
Other types of software are also prohibited, these include but are not limited to any software which:
• Confers any sort of unfair advantage on the player using it;
• Shares hole cards among players or assists collusion or cheating in any way;
• Utilises a database of hands or player profiles which is shared between users;
• Reduces or eliminates the need for a human to make decisions (for example, tools which automatically fold specific starting hands);
• Is designed to data mine (i.e. gather hands or player profiles from the game client beyond which the player has observed from their own play) for any purpose whether personal or commercial. This also applies to any data which has been obtained by data mining, whether the data was obtained by the player themselves or by anyone else. Players are furthermore prohibited from sharing of any legitimately gathered data with other players.;
• Provides real-time advice on the action to take during play (including ICM analysis tools);
• Attempts to block any of our fraud and cheating detection mechanisms;

It is prohibited for players to act as a team, with or without prior explicit agreement, to the actual or theoretical detriment of other players in the game. Accordingly players must,
• always play in their own individual best interests;
• not work together with another player to gain an advantage;
• not ‘soft play’ against friends – i.e. they must play just as aggressively against somebody they know as they would against an unknown opponent utilising the same strategy;
• not ‘chip dump’ – i.e. they must not intentionally lose hands or manipulate the gameplay in order to transfer funds to any other player;
• not share hole card information with any other player;
• not play in the same cash game or Sit ‘n’ Go tournament as any player in which they have a financial interest - i.e. they should not play in the same games as anyone with whom they have a staking, swap, profit sharing or bankroll sharing agreement;
• not encourage any other player to collude;
184.108.40.206 No Account Sharing
Players must not share their account, under any circumstances, with any other person as this would tantamount to ‘Multiple Account Abuse’. It is thus prohibited for any player to gain an advantage by sharing accounts to disguise their playing style, or by ‘handing off’ tournaments to another player part-way through. Accordingly, a player may not use any account other than their own keep their credentials (alias, password, and any other information used to access the player’s account) secret and not reveal them to any other person.

18.104.22.168 No Angleshooting
Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage over other players, whether specifically prohibited by the rules or not, is strictly prohibited. Any activities that are designed to give a player an unfair advantage, but which may be allowed under a strict interpretation of the rules or due to a loophole or unintended software characteristics are prohibited under this clause.
22.214.171.124 No Problem Gamblers
It is prohibited for anybody with a gambling problem to sign up for an account or play under any circumstances; If a player discovers that they have a gambling problem thereafter, they are required to inform the Operator and cease playing on the network immediately.
126.96.36.199 The Player’s Account Can Be Locked / Closed Without Prior Notice
The Operator has the right to lock and/or permanently close the player’s account at their discretion and without prior notice. This is done with the aim of stopping fraudulently obtained funds from being withdrawn, performing investigations and for any other reason the Operator deems fit.
188.8.131.52 The Funds in the Player’s Account Can Be Seized
In the event of any violation of the poker rules or T&Cs, the Operator reserves the right to seize all of the funds in the player’s account, including deposited money, and to reverse any withdrawals that may be pending. This includes but is not limited to, obtaining funds fraudulently, cheating, and unethical play.

6.5 Live Dealer Games
6.5.1 Live Dealer Games are operated by the Operator and powered by Evolution Gaming. The Operator is authorised to promote and market the Live Dealer Games supplied by Evolution Gaming, to offer You access to those Live Dealer Games and enable You to transfer funds from/to your Member Account to/from the Live Dealer Games. 6.6 Jackpot Games
6.6.1 In some Casino Games offered on the Website it is possible for players to win additional prizes since in those Games, every time the Game is played, a portion of the bet is added to the prize fund (Jackpot) (“Jackpot Games” or “Additional Games of Chance”).
6.6.2 Jackpot wins are subject to verification by the Operator and the respective Game software supplier. All decisions made by the Operator and the Game software supplier in this regards are final.
6.6.3 If the communication between the Casino and Jackpot server fails, the Game becomes unavailable. No contributions or claims towards the Jackpot are accepted in that case.
